Refund/Return Policy


Our return handling period is 7 days from the date of product delivery (product arrival date). If 7 days have passed since the product was delivered (product arrival date), we will not be able to accept refunds or exchanges.

In order to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please be sure to return the item in the same packaging that was used when you received it.

Some items are not eligible for return. Please note that in that case, we cannot accept returns.

A statement or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

In the following situations, only a portion of the product price will be refunded:
*Things with obvious signs of use
*Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or partially missing due to reasons that are not our fault.
* Refunds for items returned more than 7 days after delivery (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or non-processed refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time after we complete the refund process for you to actually receive your refund.
Next, please contact your bank. There may be some processing time before your refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept refunds for regular price items, but we do not accept refunds for sale items.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please email kokoromi.wellbeing@gmail.com and return the item to the address provided by us.

For items marked as a gift at the time of gift purchase and shipped directly to you, we will refund you the value of the item in the form of a gift certificate upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after your return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver gave the item to you after receiving it themselves, if you return the item, the refund will be made to the giver; The sender will also be notified that the customer has returned the item.
If you wish to return the item to us, you must return the item to the address provided by us.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges. If you request a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for your replacement product to be delivered.

If the value of the returned item exceeds ¥10,000, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
