Factors causing stress for managers
Possible causes of stress for managers include:
・Management problems such as poor performance or delays in operations
・Stress in relationships with employees and partners
・Stress due to busy schedules and time constraints
・Business succession issues, etc.
According to the Japan Finance Corporation survey shown in Figure 1, the most common management problem was "slump in sales" (about 46%), followed by "decrease in profits" (about 22%). The order is ``Raw material cost'' (approximately 18%).
